These terms govern a church organization’s use of SermonAccess in the United States.

The service
SermonAccess provides live, automated translation audio and captions through its supported browser broadcaster and listener experience.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account owners are responsible for authorized team access, service configuration, lawful audio capture, and use of translations. Do not use SermonAccess for emergency communications, professional interpretation, or any purpose where an error could cause harm.
Payment
There is no monthly subscription. Usage is deducted from prepaid credit at the published per-language-minute rate. Applicable tax is collected separately. Automatic refill is optional and may be disabled by an owner.
Availability and changes
We may suspend abusive, insecure, or unpaid use and may change the service or pricing prospectively. The pricing version active when a service begins governs that service.
Disclaimers and liability
Machine translation can be incomplete or wrong. The service is provided subject to applicable law and the final limitations approved for launch. Churches should provide a human alternative when accuracy is essential.
