What we do not retain
We do not store sermon audio or caption text. Live audio is sent to translation and audience-transport providers only to deliver the active service.
What we retain
We retain account and team details, church settings, service start and end times, activated languages, cumulative audio duration, audience counts, payment and credit events, support requests, audit events, and limited operational diagnostics.
Why we use information
We use retained data to authenticate users, run broadcasts, calculate charges, prevent abuse, reconcile providers and payments, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare, OpenAI, Stripe, and our transactional email provider process data needed for their respective roles. Retention periods and deletion procedures are finalized as part of the launch privacy review.
Your choices
Account owners may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@sermonaccess.com, subject to records we must retain for security, tax, dispute, or payment purposes.
