Responsible use
AI translation can make mistakes.
Live translation helps more people participate, but it is not a substitute for a qualified human interpreter when precision is critical.

Possible errors
Translations may omit words, misunderstand names, scripture references, idioms, theology, music, overlapping speakers, or poor-quality audio. Captions and translated audio may differ or arrive late.
Church responsibilities
Use a clear sound-board feed when possible, tell listeners that translation is automated, and provide a way to ask for clarification. Do not rely on SermonAccess for emergencies, counseling, medical or legal advice, or safety instructions.
Reporting problems
Send operational feedback through Support without attaching sermon recordings or caption text. Include a service identifier and a description of the issue instead.
