Do we pay for every listener?
No. A translated language stream costs the same whether one person or many people listen to that language.
When does charging begin?
Only after a listener activates a selected language and audio is actually sent to its translation session. Paused and gapped audio is not charged.
Do you keep our sermons?
No sermon audio or caption text is stored. The account retains only service, audience, billing, security, and operational metadata.
What happens if our balance runs out?
Owners receive balance warnings. If auto-refill fails, emergency usage can continue to a capped −$5 balance before translation ends gracefully.
