Credit is transparent, portable across your church’s services, and never a subscription.

Purchased credit
Purchased credit does not expire. Credit packs are added only after a signed payment confirmation is received from Stripe; returning from Checkout does not add credit by itself.
Promotional credit
The 30-minute starter promotion expires 30 days after it is granted, is consumed before purchased credit, and has no cash value. Migrated beta churches do not automatically receive launch credit.
Refunds
Support may refund only the unused portion remaining from the original purchase. Used credit, promotional credit, and separately collected tax are not refundable through the credit balance. Payment-network or legal requirements may supersede this policy.
Emergency balance
If an opted-in auto-refill payment fails, translation may continue to a capped negative $5 balance. That amount is repaid from the next credit purchase before new credit becomes available.
